How To Use
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals. Visitors must arrive 45 minutes prior to their reserved time to the ticket exchange location and present the PDF voucher attached in the confirmation email and a valid official ID to check in.
- ALL SALES FINAL! Please make sure the date/time you choose is the correct date/time you are intending to book for.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- The tour inside the canyon is not strenuous at all but taking the stairway and platforms up and over the canyon requires some strenuous hiking.
- Children's car seat or booster seat for shuttle ride down
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers, back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not wheelchair accessible.
- Antelope Canyon do not have an area to leave or leash your pets/animals, please carefully consider joining this tour.
- ALL Tour times will be reduced in capacity, to follow CDC & Navajo Department of Health guidelines. It is possible to change or cancel your original tour time(Refund difference), in the case of guide policy or on-site capacity situation.
